Effective September 5, 2026.
These Wholesale Terms apply to business purchases made through SolSnazycat Wholesale at wholesale.solsnazycat.ca. By creating a wholesale account or submitting an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.
1. Wholesale eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available only to businesses located in Canada. Applicants must provide accurate and current information, including the buyer’s name, business name, business website, email address, and a valid Canadian GST/HST or Business Number.
Accounts are intended for legitimate business purchasing or resale. SolSnazycat may request additional information, correct an account classification, suspend access, or close an account if the supplied information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or cannot reasonably be verified.
2. Account responsibility
The buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials and for activity conducted through its account. Account information must be kept current. Wholesale access and pricing may not be shared with an unauthorized person or transferred to another business.
3. Wholesale pricing and taxes
Wholesale prices are shown only to approved wholesale accounts after sign-in. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without advance notice. Applicable taxes are calculated according to the order and information supplied by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate tax information and for any taxes, duties, reporting, or resale obligations that apply to its business.
4. Minimum order
Each wholesale order requires a minimum merchandise subtotal of CA$100 after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. Orders below the minimum cannot proceed through checkout.
5. Orders and payment
Payment is due through an available checkout payment method when the order is placed, unless SolSnazycat has agreed to different payment terms in writing. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. SolSnazycat may decline or cancel an order because of stock availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, account eligibility, shipping limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be handled through the original payment method.
6. Product availability and information
Products, quantities, specifications, packaging, and availability may change. SolSnazycat aims to keep product information accurate but may correct errors or omissions. Product images may not show exact packaging or minor manufacturer changes.
7. Shipping and delivery
Wholesale shipping is initially available only to Canadian addresses supported at checkout. Available methods, charges, and any delivery estimate are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, suppliers, weather, customs, remote destinations, or events outside reasonable control.
8. Order issues, returns, and refunds
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the buyer should contact SolSnazycat promptly and retain the packaging, product, and supporting photographs. Eligibility for a return, replacement, credit, or refund depends on the circumstances, the product, and any return or refund policy presented on the site or agreed to in writing. A product must not be returned without instructions or authorization from SolSnazycat.
9. Resale and legal compliance
The buyer is responsible for complying with laws, regulations, labelling requirements, marketplace rules, and consumer obligations applicable to its own advertising, resale, and distribution of products. The buyer must not alter or misuse product information in a misleading way or make claims not supported by the manufacturer or supplier.
10. Privacy
Personal and business information submitted through registration, account use, and checkout is handled according to the SolSnazycat Wholesale Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
SolSnazycat may update these Wholesale Terms as the wholesale service develops. The version posted on this site at the time an order is placed applies to that order, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
